Major Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and reviewing of Contract Administration.
· Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers.
· Prepare and analyze costing for tenders.
· Handle and closing of tender for submission.
· Monitor, Prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders.
· Review construction subcontracts between company and subcontractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures.
· Verifies As-Built Drawings against actual completed work before submission to the Client.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Possess minimum Diploma or Tertiary education
· At least 3 year working experience in the related field
· Able to start immediately preferred
