Job Description:
- Coordinate job collections, generate necessary documents (Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Invoices), and notify departments of arrivals.
- Expedite, verify, and update delivery orders in the system; follow up on pending collections.
- Collaborate with Finance on invoice lists, monthly reports, and provide tax exemption documents.
- Oversee overseas shipments, coordinate with third parties, and work with packing/production on required documents.
- Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers/subcontractors based on capabilities and pricing.
- Propose supply chain improvements, monitor supplier deliveries, and ensure compliance with Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, production support, or logistics administration.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and regulations.
