Job Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation;
• Monitor due dates of invoices and process payment runs for all modes of payments;
• Daily update of cash book;
• Monitor daily cash positions and perform vendor payment forecasts for funding arrangements;
• Responsible for accounting entries for the partial AP function;
• Attend to queries to update payment status (both internal and external);
• Work collaboratively with respective process owners for outstanding supporting documents/invoices approval or clarify discrepancies before payment processing;
• Assist in internal and external audits;
• Liaise with the bank for payment-related matters; and
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent accreditation;
• Possess senses of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities;
• Able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; and
• Proactive, independent, take initiative, and well organized.
