Head of Sales (Utilities & Development) TPG/2024/RB/602

Key Responsibilities


• Plan the team's work plan, budget, resources, and deliverables
• Lead and oversee the development and launch of new (renewable/non renewable) Retail products/services to ensure the product/service development process is customer-centric, data-driven, contribute to company's profitability and ensuring they meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
• Collaborate with other departments to bring new products/services to market efficiently.
• Managing vendor relationships, and spearheading the development of innovative renewable energy products/services.
• Lead, mentor, and providing guidance, training to the team to ensure success
• Prepare and present progress and results of project development to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
• Drive, develop and implement commercial strategies that optimize profit for sale of electricity, utilities, renewable energy, renewable certificate and other products and services in Jurong Island.


Requirements


• At least Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 7 years sales or business development experience preferably in the utilities industries
• Experience in handling projects and vendors
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills,and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in negotiating and closing long term contracts.
