Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description
- Handle enquiries through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Provide accurate information to clients on technical queries, material availability, delivery lead times, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatches.
- Assist the Project Executives on project-based tasks, focusing on long-term project coordination.
- Use Microsoft 365 Business Central to check material and inventory availability, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to track client interactions, follow up on projects, and maintain updated project statuses.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling technical and sales-related enquiries, preferably in the materials or construction industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft 365 Business Central and HubSpot, for effective project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on achieving project goals and delivering exceptional client service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
