about the job
- Attend to tenants' requests, feedbacks and marketing request
- Conduct inspections for the handing and taking over of tenanted premises
- Administer the processing of A & A works
- Assist in the preparation of Building Action Plan & operational budget
- Raise work order, monitor repair and maintenance works
- Planning, monitoring and maintaining the operational and capital expenditures of the buildings
- Plan preventive works schedule, conduct and supervise inspections to buildings
- Implementation and compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Building Management / Facilities / Real Estate or equivalent
- Senior Fire Safety Manager Certificate (SFSM)
- Strong building and M&E knowledge
- Hands on to run the day to day operations (only 1 building for now)
- Experience in management of developer commercial buildings ideally Grade A
