JOB SUMMARY
1. Responsible to be part of the development and upgrading of our building facilities which will involve in planning and managing all projects (including master plan in nature) assigned to effectively meet the cost, time and quality targets and also ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements and corporate goals and objectives.
2. To facilitate product selections, budget/funding, procurement, delivery and/or any related activities between Users, MOH/H, design consultants, contractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture, Fittings & Equipment required for the commencement of operations. Ensure the budget accounting are properly updated and in order.
