Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operations of the HR Department
  • Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
  • Perform offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signin documents
  • Liaise with department heads and provide advice on HR related issues, policies and proced as and when required.
  • Provide market trends / intelligence from the ground and contribute to business strategies
  • Assist in creating, implementing and advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure releva compliance
  • Propose and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Assist in developing induction programs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee personal files, HR database, employee records an documents.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Other HR Projects and ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirments

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions covering Compensation & Benefits, Em Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Interi management
  • Understanding of relevant labor policies, employment laws and legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Power BI
  • Self-driven, self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff
