Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations of the HR Department
- Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations
- Perform offboarding process such as exit interviews, clearance for the workers and signin documents
- Liaise with department heads and provide advice on HR related issues, policies and proced as and when required.
- Provide market trends / intelligence from the ground and contribute to business strategies
- Assist in creating, implementing and advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure releva compliance
- Propose and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Assist in developing induction programs
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee personal files, HR database, employee records an documents.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Other HR Projects and ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirments
- Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions covering Compensation & Benefits, Em Relations and Engagement, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Interi management
- Understanding of relevant labor policies, employment laws and legislation
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Power BI
- Self-driven, self-motivated, pleasant personality and team player
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff
