We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Analyst to join our dynamic team at Unison Consulting Pte Ltd. As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business, ensuring that our systems and applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design and propose solutions, and deliver application enhancements and projects that conform to our company's technology architecture guidelines, technology information security standard, and IT management process. You will also be responsible for conducting system impact assessments, ensuring compliance with technology architecture standards and security policies, and investigating and resolving technical issues reported during testing.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, with a strong background in business analysis and application development.

- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams.
