Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of technical solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders regularly.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role.
- Experience in managing technical projects from inception to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the technology or consulting industry is a plus.
