JOB DESCRIPTION
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly
· Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their business goals and challenges
· Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
· Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth
· Achieve sales targets and objectives for key accounts through effective account management
· Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize revenue potential
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key clients
· Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market analysis and industry knowledge
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account plans
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
