- Handle sales enquiries and preparation of quotations
- Process order confirmations & coordination between customers and internal departments
- Conceptualise, develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media and emails to create company awareness and increase brand interest, including budgeting, targeting and optimising for maximum ROI
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts and profiles
- Regularly create and update social media contents and postings
- Conduct competition research and market analysis to keep the company's marketing strategies up to date
- Periodic reporting of all marketing campaigns performance and assess it against ROI and KPIs
- Assist in creating content for marketing materials and organising events and promotional activities to engage with target audiences and generate sales leads
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- Technically-inclined
- Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and executing marketing and social media campaigns
- Strong presentation, communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge on graphic design and use of design software will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
