This role is a 12 month contract role based in Singapore. Work experience in Gaming Industry/Verticle/Domain is a must have.
We are hiring 3 headcounts for 3 different Market, Must have spoken language in Korean/Vietnamese/ Mandarin to effectively liaise with counterparts and client in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to solve operational issues encountered by partners.
- Manage daily operations, including handling inquiries, ensuring compliance, resolving escalations, and managing contract-related activities.
- Perform internal operational tasks such as report preparation, outcome tracking, and updating internal teams and partners.
- Serve as an internal advocate, aligning partner needs with policy and platform teams.
- Become the team’s expert on operational policies and procedures.
- Proactively seek and implement improvements to the partner experience through clear communication and educational resources.
Requirements:
- Must Fluency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Vietnamese to effectively engage with clients and counterparts in these market.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in online operations, customer success, account management, or project management within the Technology/Gaming sectors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various management levels.
- In-depth understanding of internet technologies and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for detailed data analysis and reporting.
- Technical aptitude, with knowledge of tools, IT languages, and systems being a plus.
