Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights that will guide decision-making process
- Build comprehensive design systems and UI libraries, and communicate its principles, best practices, and guidelines to the team
- Transform requirements and wireframes into detailed, high-fidelity designs and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms
- Immerse yourself in understanding the product and fintech industry to empathize with users and improve their journey
- Explore and develop new design strategies, expanding your knowledge and skills as you drive continuous product improvement
- Collaborate with a dynamic design team, contributing to long-term goals, refining processes, and elevating product quality
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and effective
time management
Good to have:
- Familiarity with Web, iOS and Android design guideline
- Working experience with startups will be added advantage
