Job Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day accounting functions, such as recording financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial records.
• Handling accounts payable tasks, which involve processing supplier invoices, verifying payment details, and coordinating with stakeholders for timely payments
• Handling accounts receivable tasks, including generating customer invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts
• Updating data entry, document preparation, and generating reports
• Managing petty cash, remittances, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders
• Providing support for business operations and Providing general office administrative assistance.
• Assisting with HR-related responsibilities, such as recruitment, onboarding, work pass application and maintaining employee records
• Assisting in organizing training programs and workshops for employees
• Providing general support to the accounting, admin and HR department as required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of work experience in construction company
- Able to independently
