We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join us as Parcel Sorters. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and organizing parcels to facilitate smooth and accurate delivery processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Sort parcels based on destination, size, and type.
- Ensure parcels are accurately labelled and prepared for delivery.
- Load and unload parcels from/for delivery vehicles
- Maintain a organized work area to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sorting targets and deadlines.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage of $10.
- Average monthly earnings range from $500 to $1,600, depending on hours worked and performance.
- Working hours: Approximately 5 hours in the morning.
Additional Opportunities:
- After sorting, you can choose to take on delivery or walker roles if interested.
- Payout details for additional roles can be discussed further during the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and handle packages of various sizes and weights.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for sorting equipment and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or sorting environment is a plus but not required.
