We are a Singapore-based solutions provider for process industries, offering a comprehensive range of valves and instruments to clients in Singapore and regional countries since 2004. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a new team member to join our sales team as Sales Executive.
Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate shall involve with the sales team in providing technical and sales support, assisting customers in selecting the right solutions, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, including automation products, process valves & instruments, and their technical specifications.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers in selecting the right valve solutions.
- Drive sales by preparing sales quotations with offered solutions and recommendations based on customer's specific requirements and applications.
- Work closely with the Sales Director & the Teams to meet customer needs and sales targets.
- Maintain order records and communicate order status to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent qualification in a technical field.
- Minimum one year of working experience.
- Passion for sales with a service-oriented personality, capable of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of automation valve systems, components, and applications.
- Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software & tools for order processing and documentation.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, operations department, and other stakeholders.
