Key Responsibilities:
- Adaptability to understand and address diverse needs across various brand contexts, such as food courts, bistros, and cafe.
- Collaborate closely with the team to develop and refine tender proposals and submissions.
- Drive ideation and development of new F&B concepts across the group's businesses.
- Conduct thorough research to support tender submissions and concept development.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain meticulous records.
