Attachment Description
The Business Development Manager will lead all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He / She is required to identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
- Formulate business development strategy and in-charge of the entire business development process
- Develop new networking collaboration channels in assigned territories, market, channels, both online/offline
- Plan and organise all business development & marketing activities
- Prepare and deliver pitches to external parties like clients, partners and/or potential investors.
- To find opportunity to open other market, platform or overseas businesses
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a positive approach towards work.
- Analyse market needs and opportunities to assess clients' interest level and needs.
- Identify new business opportunities to better meet the needs of existing markets and bring benefits to the organisation.
- Review marketing effectiveness measures to enhance programme strategies, product offerings and business competitiveness.
