- Meeting with clients to understand their needs, design requirements ,preferences, budget, and timeline ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their vision.
- Manage clients/leads provided by the company, eliminating the need for cold calling.
- Conceptualize design proposals together with the Design team. Creating proposal that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and pitch them to potential clients.
- Plan and execute projects with the Project Management team, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Conducting research and analysis of the site, context, codes, and regulations
- Developing design concepts and sketches that reflect the client's vision and goals
- Prepare presentations (2D, moodboards), detailed drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding, construction, and installation for clients
- Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Selecting and sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories
- Coordinating and collaborating with other professionals, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Supervising and monitoring the progress and quality of the work on site
- Evaluating and resolving any issues or problems that may arise during or after the project
- Communicating effectively with the client and delivering the project on time and within budget
- Any other ad-hoc dutires assigned by supervisor / company
