about the role:
- Manage relationships and sales with a diverse client base, including private clients, real estate developers, architects, designers, and institutions.
- Leverage your network to secure new high-end furnishing and fit-out projects, including design projects for commercial buildings and private properties.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans in collaboration with top management to drive the growth of the company’s sales in Singapore.
- Act as a liaison between the Italian headquarters and clients, ensuring that design and marketing activities are aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and present detailed presentation materials and quotations tailored to client specifications.
- Communicate design, technical, and pricing information to clients, gathering feedback and relaying it to the Italian headquarters to refine project offerings.
- Coordinate with project managers appointed by the Italian headquarters to oversee local project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in high-end furnishing sales, or architectural firms.
- Proven track record in managing bespoke interiors and custom-made products.
- Strong network and connections with real estate developers, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and architects.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with Chinese speaking clients.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and meticulous in managing projects and client relationships.
- Willingness to work extra hours when required by specific projects or client needs.
- Deep understanding of the local market.
