Job Description:
Our client is a Japanese Bakery company. They are looking for a F&B Supervisor to join their newly-launched store!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of staff members to deliver good service quality and customer satisfaction
- Foster positive working environment and team cohesion
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
- Recruit, conduct trainings and onboarding for new employees
- Schedule shifts and manage employee workloads
- Oversee inventory levels and replenish stocks
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage discrepancies
- To perform cashiering function and manage opening / closing of daily cash sales handling and financial transactions
- Track sales targets and performance monitoring
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train staff on safety procedures, SOPs and protocols
- Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in F&B outlets.
- Minimum 2 years of Supervisory / Management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Able to take initiative and hands-on
