Job Purpose
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive, Products to assist product / project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring product / project activities. Your responsibilities will include preparing product / project materials, coordinating schedules with internal and external stakeholders, tracking progress across products / projects, and ensuring timely deliverables. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential.
Responsibilities
- Assist the product manager in the development of product management documents such as presentations, budgets, schedules, and plans
- Execute product / project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents
- Supervise the product / project procurement process, if any
- Meeting with project stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the product / project team has what’s needed at the right time
- Be the liaison between the product team and project stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the product life cycle
- Help product managers monitor project progress and performance and provide updates to project stakeholders
- Schedule internal and external stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help product team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with any project management tools will be helpful (e.g. Slack, Trello).
Skills
- Project Management, Organisational and Time Management skills are critical.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
- Knowledgement in financial and budget management will be useful.
- Detail-oriented, yet adaptable to changes in project / product scope.
- Ability to foster collaborative teamwork in a cross-organisation environment.
