Job Purpose
The Senior Lease Management officer's job purpose is to perform lease management duties accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for management and documentation of leases which includes preparing, checking and stamping of tenancy agreements.
- Responsible for lease data creation in SAP, in an accurate and timely manner, as well as keeping track of the status of lease documents
- Handle the tracking of deposits, payments, insurance and GIRO applications.
- Monitor submission of gross sales turnover reports, audited sales reports from tenants and other works related to lease management.
- Submission of URA quarterly reports and preparation of monthly tenancy reports.
- Assist in arrears management.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Diploma in Building & Real Estate Management/ Property Marketing & Management with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Applicants who lack a diploma but have at least 5 years of working experience in a related industry will also be considered
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Familiar with tenancy agreements
