Scope:
- Reporting to Facility & Admin Head, provision of general administrative services to the bank.
- In-charge of the general maintenance and upkeep of the office premises (monthly cleaning, aircon servicing and lightings)
- Liaising with building management and vendors for all maintenance and repairs work.
- Manage premises security and fire safety systems, attend to fire drills and premises alarms during out-of-office hours
- Sourcing and negotiating of all facilities contracts
- Maintaining and updating the vendors' lists
- Handle renovation projects, including regular maintenance works carried out by the contractors and adhere to all budget and timelines
- Ensure timely payment to vendors and allocation of costs
- Manage annual power shutdown with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Business Continuity Plan and logistical support for bank employees
- Administration, receptionist cover, and any other duties, as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree with at least 3 -5 years of relevant office facilities work experience
- Possess some technical knowledge of office maintenance and ability to conduct minor repair work
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft tool (Word, Excel)
- Able to work on after-work hours / weekends (on need basis)
