Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify sub-contractors' jobs
- Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
- Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
