Position: Administrative Officer

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Finance and Administrative Officer to manage our financial operations and support our team during a crucial phase of international expansion. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth execution of our financial processes and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Handle income tax filings for both employees and the company, ensuring adherence to local tax laws.
  • Process reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and implement necessary improvements.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments to ensure smooth communication and timely task execution.

HR Operations:

  • Manage all administrative aspects of HR, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws.
  • Assist with the relocation of international employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company and local culture.

Qualifications:

  • Finance and Accounting Experience: Relevant experience in the field is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills suitable for a multicultural environment.
  • Adaptability: High ethical standards and the ability to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Chinese to ensure effective communication with our diverse team.
