HR ADMIN ASSISTANT

S & P Manpower Agency Pte. Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function.
  • Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
  • To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare all emloyment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc.
  • On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities, staff orientation.
  • Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system.
  • Organize corporate events.
  • Review and update HR Policies.
  • Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims.
  • Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
  • Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.
  • General employees’ personal abilities, reasonable arrangements for the increase or decrease in the company’s internal human resources, etc.
  • Responsible for the company's confidentiality and legal affairs, and the safekeeping and correct use of important company documents and seals.
  • Responsible for the establishment of company positions, assisting various departments of the company to effectively develop and utilize manpower to meet the company's operational and management needs.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Highlights:

  • Salary Range: S$2500 to S$3300
  • Working Day: 5 working days
  • Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
  • Work Location: Ang Mo Kio area
