What You Will Do
- Responsible for AP invoice processing and AP payment for different Koch related entities.
- Responsible for AR invoice billing.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, including automation of daily processes.
- Perform back up activities for team members.
- Participate in automation project which involve developing new process using automation tool such as Power Automate, Power Query, Alteryx, perform testing and troubleshooting, create process documentation for the automation program.
- Maintenance of existing automation program.
- Citibank Corporate Card Application Review.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Understanding of accounts payable principles and invoice processing procedures.
- Experience in driving process efficiencies and effectiveness
- IT savvy and well-versed in Microsoft office applications
- Effective team player with good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work autonomously
What Will Put You Ahead
- Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx will be advantageous.
- Curious mind and be open to experiment and self-learning.
- Ability to read Korean Language to better serve our Korean-speaking customers.
