Designation: -Shipping Executive (Export Documentation and Operations).
Job Profile:-
- To handle the entire spectrum of Export Documentations and Operations.
- Book Space with the Shipping Lines.
- Handle PSA export operations. ( Port Net/Container code matters).
- Declarations of DG to the carrier and to PSA.
- To provide a booking confirmation to the shippers.
- To provide the Container Release Order to the depot and shipper haulers.
- All documentation generation thru company software system.
- To follow up with the shippers/forwarders for the BL Draft.
- Send shipments TDR’s / Documents / Pre Alert to the Pod.
- To confirm freight and other charges confirmation from C S and Sales Pic.
- Preparation and Processing of Export Invoices.
- Preparations of export BL’s.
- Handle SWBL and Surrender BL’s.
- Inform Pod on surrender BL’s.
- Handle carrier MBL matters.
- Assist destination ports on all shipments related queries.
- Book space with carriers.
- Coordinate with depot to release containers/ISO
