Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 6pm
- Supporting the Payroll Manager, you will handle the full spectrum of payroll function (around 1400 Headcounts) and ensure accurate and timely administration of pay.
- Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowance, no-pay leave, claims, statutory and other employee payments
- Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims
- Prepare overpayment recovery letters to resigned staff to claim overpayment due to resignation
- Prepare monthly payroll journals, reports, accruals & cost charging to Finance
- Prepare and send out electronic payslips
- Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission & annual income tax submission
- Participate and support HR/Payroll Projects
- Handle staff enquiries on payroll matters
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- 2 to 3 years of experience that can work under high pressure environment
- Experienced in handling high volume / 1,000+ headcount payroll.
