Responsibilities:
- Oversee the process of analyzing training needs to determine the learning and development needs of the company.
- Ensure that departmental training matrices are developed and departmental and total company training plans are formulated.
- Organize and plan all training and learning activities within the approved training plans, including all necessary approvals and communication for course registration, payment, and training grants.
- Organize training assignments for employees at international, regional, and local levels.
- Ensure that training effectiveness is evaluated, including analysis and reports.
- Oversee the process of updating information in the E-Learning Management System.
- Assist in the creation of all necessary training analysis and reports (including training locations, training hours, training expenditure, and training budget, among others).
- Responsible for implementing the staff orientation program
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in training processes
- Develop and administer the Management Trainee Program and Internship Program
- Facilitate employee orientation program
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field of studies
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in Training and Development
- Proficient in MS Office, Learning Management System (LMS) & Talent Management Framework (Preferred)
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
