Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets in the semiconductor industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the semiconductor sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Effectively communicate sales strategies, market insights, and performance metrics to internal teams and leadership.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance, market conditions, and process efficiencies.
- Stay current with advancements and changes in the semiconductor industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in solutions-based sales within the semiconductor industry
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market analysis and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with both Chinese & English to work with suppliers in China. Additional languages will be highly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple priorities.
