Job Description & Requirements
- Support the day-to-day warehouse operations
- Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received
- Ensure that the ERP system is updated accurately and promptly
- Ensure accuracy on stock movement and inventory
- Perform packing of goods based on Delivery Order
- Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice
- Maintain and ensure proper recording of all documentation in the ERP system
- Executes daily inventory analysis; identifies and resolves discrepancies and problems
- Managing warehouse activities ensuring resources are utilized effectively and efficiently and that work schedules are met
- Responsible and possess a good working attitude
- Some proficiency in operating semi-auto machinery.
- Understanding machine-specific controls, settings, and software if required.
- Quality Control: Knowledge of quality assurance processes, including conducting inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance, identify malfunctions, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
