Role and Responsibilities:
Financial/Management Accounts
- Profit & Loss account by Service
- Trend analysis
- Forecast by Service
- Policies are adhered
To ensure that the following are prepared monthly:
- Run off schedules for provision of operating costs
- Accruals of unbilled revenue and unearned revenue
- Bunker Stock Cards
- Charter Hire andbrokerage commission accrual
- Reconciliation / finalization of accounts
- Resolution of disputes
- Follow up of payments from/to partners
- Profit and Loss by Service.
- Application of assumptions
- To ensure:Compliance with instructions and deadlines
- Workings are correct
- Actual/full year forecast vs budget are reasonable and correct
- Timely accounts schedules for Audit
- Follow up and resolve all audit concerns
- To prepare and submit: Monthly Forecast Reports, Monthly Profit & Loss account by Service
- Analysis for various provision accounts
- Accounts Schedules as required by Group Accountant for Audit purpose
- Other Ad-hoc Projects as required from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree with 2-3 years of related accounting experiences
- Able to complying with the internal policies and external laws and legislations
