As the vice president of emerging business for LingoAce, you will be responsible for developing and managing the group’s offline learning business segment on a global scale. This includes developing and executing strategic plans, supervising operations, ensuring teaching quality, managing staff and faculty, creating an integrated IT system, and closely collaborating with regional teams to achieve the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop long-term development strategies for the company's global offline learning centers to ensure alignment with overall business goals;
2. Oversee the daily operations of each learning center, including curriculum development, instructional design, and event organization;
3. Enhance brand visibility and attraction through marketing and promotional plans to drive student growth;
4. Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies at learning centers to protect student rights and participant safety;
5. Drive practical and continuous improvement in learning experiences and teaching quality to meet the needs of diverse student populations;
6. Lead and guide global teams, recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate employees, and unleash their potential.
7. Design and develop necessary IT system.
8. Be responsible for budget planning and the P&L of the operations.
9. Be ready for frequent travelling.
