Key Responsibilities:
Financial Policies, Processes & Budget Management:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the agency's financial stability and integrity.
- Manage the agency's budgeting process, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on financial performance.
Data ,Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Oversee financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Utilize data analytics tools to conduct in-depth financial analysis and identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, and present recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
- Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through data-driven performance measurement.
Requirements
- Preferably CA/CPA Holder
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA or equivalent Professional certification is preferred.
- At least 6 years work experiences
- Able to commence on short notice
- Able to work within tight reporting deadlines under a fast paced environment
