Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare salary based on workers time card in excel and compute
2) prepare project invoices and submit to clients.
3) Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
4) Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
5) Perform other administrative task when required
Skills and qualifications requirements:-
1. High school or diploma equivalent in administration related field preferred
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel etc
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
5. Admin experience from construction / marine / process / manufacturing Industries are welcome
Salary: $2,800 to $3,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Working area: Bukit Batok (Office near BB swimming pool)
