Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical
- Services with consultants and subcontractors on site.
- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
- Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress work and approved drawings
- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
- Any other ad-hoc
Requirements:
- Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services and/or building-related works for commercial building in Singapore
- Diploma in Industrial / Building
- Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant M&E Certification
