- Prepare financial report, monitor financial status, identify and report financial risks and opportunities to management.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare financial forecasts and budget analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements to management.
- Ensure financial operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare relevant documentation to assist in internal and external audit’s purpose.
- Monitor financial operational efficiency and improve financial management practices.
- Handle company financial matters such as tax filings and fund allocation.
- Perform ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with financial reporting, budgeting, and account management will be preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well-verse with Tableau, Power BI, SAP is a plus.
- Strong in analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
