Job Summary:

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
- Salary range: Up to $2,700 + AWS + 2-3months performance bonus + yearly increment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice processing and accurately update entries.
- Oversee payment runs to ensure timely transactions.
- Perform reconciliation of Statements of Account (SOA).
- Contribute to month-end closing activities.
- Handle finance-related phone inquiries and maintain oversight of the Accounts Payable (AP) mailbox.
- Process patient refund deposits on a weekly basis.
- Extract and input GST Input report figures into the relevant documentation.
- Provide necessary documentation for the creation of vendor master data.
- Maintain and update the audit schedule.
- Experienced in SAP will be advantageous
- Relevant studies or experience in Accounting
