Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our team. Our main products are marshmallow biscuits and Chinese style pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and the ability to produce a variety of high-quality baked goods. The Baker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging products, maintaining quality and consistency, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Bake: Produce a wide range of baked goods. Training will be provided.
- Recipe Adherence: Ensure consistency and quality by strictly adhering to recipes, procedures, and production schedules.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products, adjusting processes as necessary to maintain high standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth production and meet customer demands.
- Customer Service: Assist with special orders and customer inquiries as needed, providing excellent service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Food hygiene certificate needed.
- Proven experience as a baker in a commercial setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects may be required.
- Shop operation time is 10am-10pm, including weekends and PH.
- May be assigned to work at different locations
