We are looking for organized and motivated vehicle attendants to join our team. The vehicle attendants will work together with the drivers as a team to plan delivery routing, check and load the truck, and unloading at customer’s premise.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of cargoes.
- Assisting drivers to find delivery locations.
- Effectively communicating with clients and customers to resolve complaints.
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
- Obtaining customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products.
- Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
