Position Summary:
As a Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming the risk, regulatory, and compliance management functions for our clients. You will lead project workstreams, oversee a project team, and ensure strategic integration of risk management processes across investment, financing, and operational decisions. You will also engage in business development, fostering client relationships, and driving the proposal development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Management:
- Project Leadership: Manage project work or selected workstreams within the Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance (RR&C) service line.
- Team Supervision: Oversee a project team, ensuring excellence in strategy and governance, process optimization, regulatory reform, performance insights, and execution.
- Client Interaction: Assist clients through the entire project lifecycle, including implementation, business process redesign, communication, and training.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client business units (Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics, Finance) to develop a deep understanding of corporate risk processes and procedures.
- Documentation: Identify, define, and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures.
Business Development:
- Client Engagement: Maintain ongoing contact with client management and take a leadership role in pursuit teams.
- Proposal Development: Participate in all aspects of the proposal development process.
- Market Knowledge: Leverage experience from consulting or banking firms to contribute to business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience in areas such as:Enterprise risk management, including risk governance, operating models, and risk assessment processes.
Risk data analytics and reporting.
Implementation of IRM/GRC tools.
Control design, testing, optimization, and automation.
Operational resilience and business continuity.
Third-party risk management.
Technology risk framework design, implementation, and assessment.
Data quality and governance.
- Consulting Background: Experience within a consulting or banking firm is preferred.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record in project delivery and change management.
- Leadership: Demonstrated people management skills with experience in leading teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
