Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and business partners by doing mass calling, mailing, and marketing.
- Develop relationships with new clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with other offices to foster cross-selling opportunities.
- Attend networking events to develop the brand reputation and leads.
- Develop new tools and best practices to optimize the efficiency of our sales process.
- Design and enforce the Business Development and Sales strategy along with the Director.

- Client briefing collection to understand the company's environment, the position's mission, and the candidates' requirements.
