Job description
- Report to CEO and CFO based in Japan
- Oversee one Finance Executive
- You will handle full sets of books, including payments, reconciliations, fixed assets, journal entries, and financial reports
- Ensure ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Provide support for forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Provide support for compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms - both statutory and internal
- Improve work efficiency and streamlining work processes
Requirements
- Diploma & above in Accounting or related qualifications
- Min 7 years of working experience
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Singaporeans/PRs only
