Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical marketing plans for tubular products to meet targets/customers for South East Asia / Oceania region.
- Activities may include market research, oversight of product development; launch new products and monitor sales performance.
- Coordinate an online technical presentation which supports the sales organization strategy.
- Set relevant technical targets in line with policies and business plan.
- Adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Liaise with other managers to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
- Ensure product, process and application training material is developed and maintained supporting the value-added selling approach of the organization’s strategic direction, structures and processes.
- Can deliver major parts of training programs for process and product application courses independently.
- Able to participate in technical seminar, conference, paper thesis, presentation.
- Requires knowledge of company product line, processes, methods and document structure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles for tubular products.
- Team player with high level of initiative and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel (> 50%).
