Supplier Quality Engineer
Work Location: Tampines Industrial
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to foster a quality-focused environment, aiming for zero-defect products.
- Lead and work with the MRB team on OSV activities to meet supplier requests before initiating RMA/RTV processes.
- Understand customer manufacturing quality requirements and align with business agreements to effectively work with suppliers on line rejection issues.
- Partner with suppliers to expedite on-the-line defective returns, follow up on disposition and FA reports, and collaborate with internal departments (SCM, Quality, Process, etc.).
- Maintain zero defective quality on hand and minimize aging periods.
- Support parts localization and collaborate with factory RD and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with RBA requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quality/Engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to participate in conference calls outside office hours if required
- Compliance with RBA standards
