- 5Days || 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
- Location: Bedok/Tanah Merah area (Project site)
- $4,000 - $5,800 salary depending on experience & qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
- Those with a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering will be an added advantage
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience and proven track record
- Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of contract and negotiation with sub-contractors
- Quantity surveying duties like:
1. Variation works
2. Preparation of Letter of Award
3. Preparation of payment claims
4. Issuing payment response and
5. Any other works as and when assigned
