- Produce monthly related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to monitor and manage Procurement’s performance.
- Generate required reporting for as and when required.
- Perform checks on casino related purchase orders for wrong classification or errors.
- Work with internal users to ensure timely and accurate reporting, adhering to the Gambling Regulatory Authority regulations.
- Provide guidance to users on Gambling Regulatory Authority regulations and related processes.
- Prepare monthly reporting submission to Gambling Regulatory Authority.
- Manage and work with internal and external users on other master data set-up and accuracy.
- Conduct internal audit checks on Procurement systems and processes to ensure company’s policies and procedures are adhered to accordingly.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as maybe required in his/her role
Requirements
- Diploma holder and above.
- Proactive and able to work under tight schedule.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Logical thinking, curiosity and strong analysis abilities.
- Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility.
- Familiar in data analytics and digital tools such as Excel (VBA), Tableau, RPA(Uipath) will be added advantage.
